Remove all packaging from camembert. Slice rind off top of the
and place back into the box. Drizzle with the olive oil, and sprinkle on the
thyme leaves if using. Bake in a preheated oven 220ºC for 10-15 minutes
until the cheese has melted and is bubbling. Serve in the box alongside a
bowl of Folláin Exotic Fruit, Tomato, Fire Roasted Pepper or Red
Onion Relish. Tear the warm crusty bread into pieces and dip into the
camembert fondue, and then into the relish. Alternatively stir 2 tsp of any
into the melted cheese.
