Half a jar of Folláin Tomato or Fire Roasted Pepper Relish
1 sliced spring onion - optional
A good chunk of cheese
Sour cream or guacamole - optional
Cooking Instructions
Tip tortilla chips on to a baking tray, pour over Folláin Tomato or Fire
Roasted Pepper Relish and scatter over a few sliced spring onions.
Grate over a good chunk of cheese, and then put under a hot grill for about
3 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve with a small bowl of soured cream or
guacamole (optional).
