Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and cook
over a medium heat until soft and slightly golden. Increase the heat, add
the mince and fry until brown. Add the cumin, oregano, tinned tomatoes
and Follain Relish. Then shake in the soy sauce and season well with the
salt and pepper. Taste and check the seasoning. Serve the mince with
the cooked taco shells (or tortillas), Folláin Tomato Relish, lettuce,
grated cheese and sour cream. Enjoy.
