4 tsp Folláin Fire Roasted Pepper or Tomato Relish
Cooking Instructions
Place all the patty ingredients into the bowl of a food-processor and blend
until the mixture is well combined. Roll the fish cake mixture into four
patties. Heat the olive oil in a small frying pan and fry for three minutes each
side or until golden-brown. To make the pink sauce, mix the mayonnaise and Folláin Fire Roasted Pepper or Tomato Relish together in a small bowl.
Serve the fish cakes with plenty of the Folláin Pink Sauce.
