For the turkey, place the turkey breast between two sheets of cling film.
Using a rolling pin or meat mallet, flatten the turkey to about 1½cm/½in
thick.
To cook the turkey, heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the turkey for 3-4 minutes
on each side, or until completely cooked through.
Slice the bagel in half and lightly toast under the grill. Top with the
cooked turkey and cheese and place back under the grill until the cheese
has melted and bubbles. Place 2 teaspoons of Folláin Cranberry sauce on top and serve.
