Blackberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 150g Fresh or frozen berries - blackberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tbsp Folláin ‘No Added Sugar’ Blackcurrant Jam
  • 400ml Low fat yoghurt (For Vegan option use oat, soy or coconut-based yogurt)
  • 30g Bran wheat

Method

  1. In a deep bowl, blend all ingredients together with a hand blender or liquidise in liquidiser.
  2. If too thick, thin with a little milk and pour into 2 tall glasses or can be stored in a sealed container and
    brought to school.
