Folláin is the Irish for wholesome and for us that means natural food, free from nasties, just good food, pure and simple.

Are Folláin products gluten free?

All our Jams, Marmalades and Relishes are gluten free.

How do you make jam without sugar?

Our No Added Sugar range of Preserves are made with unsweetened grape juice meaning that each pot is nothing but fruit!

Where does unsweetened grape juice come from?

Unsweetened grape juice is derived from whole grapes.

Does jam need to be kept in the fridge?

Yes, once opened your jam, relish, marmalade and chutney should be kept in the fridge.

Is Folláin packaging recyclable?

Where do our designs come from?

The floral lids are based on a pattern from our grandmother’s apron and seeing that design today, on each pot, reminds us of home, the smell of baking and the sounds of the kitchen where we grew up. Some designs, much like those memories, are timeless.

The environment, how are we doing our part?

Whether Jam, Relish or Marmalade, preserves are all about capturing time! We preserve the bounties of one season to be enjoyed in the next! Everything we do is a part of nature and we want to help preserve the natural environment as best we can. Over the past few years, we have planted over 5000 trees and given away over 100,000 seeds. This is only a small part of our commitment to creating a wholesome environment and we have so much more to do!

Are Folláin members of Origin Green?

Yes, Folláin are gold members of Origin Green, Irelands only national food and drink sustainability programme. This allows us to set and achieve measurable sustainability targets which ensures good practices in the protection of our environment and our communities.


How many can I buy?

Currently, you can buy boxes of 4 or 6 but if you would prefer to buy individual pots check out all of these places stockists.

Can I send a gift to another person?

What a lovely idea! Yes, of course you can. Just enter an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

I'm ordering a gift, can I add a note?

What a nice idea! Of course you can. Just add a short note when you order and we’ll write it out on one of our postcards.

We use UPS to ship all of our gifts.

How long does shipping typically take / will it take for my order to arrive?

Ireland: 1-2 days from the day of dispatch

When will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order to you as fast as we possibly can. 

We dispatch Monday to Thursday using UPS Worldwide who will get your order to you swiftly and safely.

Note: Any order placed after midday on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Cut off time for same day dispatch?

If orders are placed before 10 AM between Monday to Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day 

Any orders placed after this time between Monday to Wednesday will be shipped the following day.

Note: Items are not shipped on weekends,  bank holidays or public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched we’ll send you a UPS tracking number you can then track your shipment through the UPS webpage.

Return and Refund Policy

My order is unused and undamaged, I just don't want it any more? I would like to return my items?

We want you to be completely happy with your order, if you feel that you are not 100% satisfied, your purchase hasn’t met your 

expectations or you have just changed your mind, we are happy to help you return your items. 

To be eligible for the return, your order must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition as you received it. 

You must provide proof of purchase. 

We will refund your entire order less the cost of shipping. 

We will send you shipping labels for the return of the goods to us. 

We just need you to give us a few details, name, phone number, order number, picture of your order and we will do the rest. 

When we receive the returned items we will issue a refund for your order, depending on your card issuers policies this can take from 5 to 10 working days. 

We will answer your query within 24 hours so rest assured we won’t leave you hanging!

My order is not what I ordered?

In the event that you receive your goods and they are not what you ordered we can arrange for an exchange of goods or a refund for your order.

What happens if my order arrives broken or damaged?

We do our very best to ensure that your order is packed well to avoid any such breakages, however, sometimes things can get damaged along the way, if they do, don’t worry we’re here to help. 

For us to replace broken or damaged goods we need some information from you.
