Strawberry & Prosecco Sorbet ⁠

What’s a summer without a sorbet?⁠

The perfect way to cool down after grilling up a storm on the BBQ.⁠ This easy to make sorbet recipe won't let you down.

  • 1 full jar Strawberry & Prosecco Jam ⁠
  • 1.5 jars Water (480ml)


  1. Empty jar contents into a freezer proof bowl
  2. Fill jar with water and add to the bowl with the jam and mix well.
  3. Once mixed place in freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from the freezer and using a whisk break up the ice crystals. Repeat this process each 45 mins until the desired texture is achieved. ⁠
  5. Alternatively, place bowl in the freezer for two hours or until completely frozen, dip the bottom of the bowl in hot water in order to loosen the sorbet, then add the whole lot to a food processor, give a quick whizz and serve. ⁠
