These tasty treats are quick to pull together, endlessly adaptable, and perfect for the busy stretch of festive visiting.

Dips:
Blue Cheese & Mulled Wine Winter Berry
– 250g hard blue cheese
– 250g Greek yoghurt
– 1 tbsp Folláin Mulled Wine & Winter Berry Preserve
Blend cheese and yoghurt until smooth, then swirl or mix through the preserve.

Cranberry Cream Cheese
– 300g cream cheese
– 2 tbsp Folláin Cranberry Sauce
Blend until smooth.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes

Mulled Wine and Winter Berry Jam

Ingredients

  • Your usual bread dough
  • Sesame seeds (white or black)
  • Black onion seeds

Method

  1. Prepare your dough and mix through the seeds.
  2. Roll into long sticks (about 30cm), twisting if you like.
  3. Bake at 200°C for 12 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool before serving.
