Individual Christmas Pudding Jars
Instead of one large pudding, we’ve been making individual Christmas puddings steamed in our empty Folláin jars — perfect for gifting, sharing, or keeping a few back for yourself. We’ve added a spoonful of Folláin Whiskey Marmalade to the mix for warmth and depth — it works beautifully with dried fruit and spice, and makes the puddings feel just that bit special…🙌
Prep time: 20 Minutes
Materials
- 150g Mixed Dried Fruit
- 75g Breadcrumbs
- 75g Brown Sugar
- 75g Suet or Butter
- 1 tsp Mixed Spice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp Folláin Whiskey Marmalade
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Splash Milk, if needed
Method
- Mix well, Spoon into clean, heatproof Folláin Jars (leaving space at top)
- Cover Loosely and Steam Gently for 2-2 1/2 hours
- Cool, Seal, Label- and they're ready to gift
