Apple & pear overnight oats in a jar

Ingredients
- 40g porridge oats
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls Apple & Pear with Flax and Chia seeds
- Add almond flakes & strawberries if desired
Method

Add 40g porridge oats and 100ml milk to a Folláin jar and stir well.
- Add a spoonful of Greek yoghurt for extra creaminess.

Swirl through 1 tbsp of Folláin Spoonfuls Apple & Pear with Flax and Chia seeds.

Top with 1 tbsp of Folláin Spoonfuls Apple & Pear with Flax and Chia seeds. Add almond flakes & strawberries if desired.
- Close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
