Apple & pear overnight oats in a jar

Ingredients

  • 40g porridge oats
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 tsp greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls Apple & Pear with Flax and Chia seeds
  • Add almond flakes & strawberries if desired

Method

  1. Add 40g porridge oats and 100ml milk to a Folláin jar and stir well.
  2. Add a spoonful of Greek yoghurt for extra creaminess.
  3. Swirl through 1 tbsp of Folláin Spoonfuls Apple & Pear with Flax and Chia seeds.
  4. Top with 1 tbsp of Folláin Spoonfuls Apple & Pear with Flax and Chia seeds. Add almond flakes & strawberries if desired.
  5. Close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
