Caramel Masala Chai

Ingredients
- 2¼ cups water
- Whole spices: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, fennel, fresh ginger
- 3 black tea bags or loose-leaf tea
- 1 cup milk
- 2 dessert spoons Folláin Caramel with Irish Cream Liqueur Sauce
Method
- Simmer water and spices, add tea and cook until deep in colour.

Stir in milk and two dessert spoons of caramel sauce, bring briefly to the boil, then strain and serve with an extra drizzle.
