  • Half Jar Folláin Caramel with Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 Egg

Method

  1. Roll out puff pastry and cut into a tree shape
  2. Spread with Caramel & Irish Cream Liqueur Sauce (or festive filling of your choice)
  3. Layer, twist, brush with egg wash
  4. Bake until golden, dust with icing sugar
