  • 4 – 5 tsp Folláin Fire Roasted Pepper Relish
  • 150g (5 oz) Mozzarella cheese (Vegan mozzarella)
  • Drizzle Olive oil
  • Fresh Chopped oregano

  1. First, make the pizza dough. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt and yeast.
  2. Gradually add in the warm water, mixing as you add it in until the mixture comes together into a dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface until smooth and elastic.
  4. Set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes, until doubled in size.
  5. Meanwhile, empty the tinned tomatoes into a saucepan and add in the Folláin Fire-Roasted Pepper Relish, stir and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400ºF/gas mark 6.
