Folláin mess
Take this delightfully simple dessert on the road with you by packing them into leftover Folláin jars.
Bring this with you on a summer picnic.

2 Meringue NestsHandful Fresh strawberries200ml Double cream4 tbsp Folláin Strawberry JamOptional Sprig of fresh mint

- Use your hands to crumble the meringue nests. Set aside.
- Wash and slice the strawberries into quarters.
- Whisk the double cream until thickened. Add the strawberry jam and mix well.
- In your clean jam jars, add a layer of meringue followed by a dollop of cream and finally some fresh strawberries.
- Repeat this until the jar is full and you have a good even distribution of each ingredient. Top with a sprig of mint and serve. The mix will keep in the jar for a few hours in the fridge.
