Mulled Wine and Winter Berry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry (about 320 g)
  • 3–4 tbsp Folláin Festive Spiced Marmalade (for glazing)
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar, for dusting
  • Half Jar Mulberry Wine and Winter Berry Jam (Filling)
  • Festive Spiced Marmalade To Glaze
  • White Chocolate Topping
  • Pistachios Topping

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan 180 °C). Line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into long triangles, about 10 cm wide at the base.
  3. Add your preferred festive filling (we suggest Mulled Wine & Winter Berry!) . Roll from base to tip to form a croissant shape.
  4. Brush lightly with beaten egg and bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  5. Warm the Festive Spiced Marmalade with a teaspoon of hot water and brush over the croissants to glaze. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
