Ingredients
- 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry (about 320 g)
- 3–4 tbsp Folláin Festive Spiced Marmalade (for glazing)
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp icing sugar, for dusting
- Half Jar Mulberry Wine and Winter Berry Jam (Filling)
- Festive Spiced Marmalade To Glaze
- White Chocolate Topping
- Pistachios Topping
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan 180 °C). Line a baking tray with parchment.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut into long triangles, about 10 cm wide at the base.
- Add your preferred festive filling (we suggest Mulled Wine & Winter Berry!) . Roll from base to tip to form a croissant shape.
- Brush lightly with beaten egg and bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Warm the Festive Spiced Marmalade with a teaspoon of hot water and brush over the croissants to glaze. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm.
