Individual christmas pudding jars

Cooking time: 2- 2 ½ hours

Ingredients
- 150g mixed Dried Fruit
- 75g breadcrumbs
- 75g brown Sugar
- 75g suet or butter
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 orange zest
- 2 tbsp Folláin Whiskey Marmalade
- 1 egg, beaten
- Splash milk
Method
- Mix well, spoon into clean, heatproof Folláin Jars (leaving space at top)
- Cover loosely and steam gently for 2-2 ½ hours
- Cool, seal, label- and they're ready to gift
