They’ll keep for 2-3 days in a tin…if they last that long…

Nothing but Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Folláin Nothing But Fruit Strawberry
  • 100g kerrygold unsalted butter, softened
  • 175g caster sugar (plus extra for sprinkling)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 200g plain flour (plus extra for dusting)

Method

  1. Beat butter + sugar until smooth. Add egg + vanilla.
  2. Fold in flour. Shape into a disc, chill 10 mins.
  3. Roll to 5mm thick, cut 16 bases + 16 tops (cut small hole in tops). Chill again 10 mins.
  4. Bake 7 mins at 170°C fan. Sprinkle tops with sugar, bake another 5 mins.
  5. Cool, then sandwich with our NBF Strawberry.
