Orange and Walnut Treats

454g Oats50g Walnut pieces225g Olive Spread4 tbsp Golden Syrup50g Caster sugar1 Finely grated zest of large orange3 tbsp Folláin ‘No Added Sugar’ Marmalade

- Heat oven to 180 deg C, 160 deg C fan oven, Gas 4.
- Grease with oil a 12”x 7”/28 x 18 cm shallow baking tin.
- Melt olive spread, sugar and syrup over medium heat, stirring all the time.
- Take off heat and stir in oats, walnut and orange zest.
- Mix should be soft.
- Tip into tin and level off.
- Bake for 30 minutes until edges are golden brown but centre soft.
- Remove from oven and mark into 24 pieces, while still warm.
- Heat some olive spread with 1 tbsp of water until it becomes syrupy.
- Brush this glaze over the flapjack mix and leave it to cool.
- These freeze well and can be taken out when needed.
