Prawn and Smoked Salmon Kebabs

A wonderfully simple yet elegant no-cook starter, or finger food, which complements both Folláin Chargrilled Red Pepper Relish and Folláin Cucumber Pickle superbly.

Ingredients

  • 6 Strips of smoked salmon
  • 6 large Prawns (cooked and shelled)
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges
  • To serve Folláin Cucumber Pickle or Folláin Fire Roasted Pepper Relish

Method

  1. Roll up the strips of smoked salmon.
  2. Thread onto skewers with prawns and lemon wedges.
  3. Serve with Folláin cucumber pickle or Folláin chargrilled red pepper relish and a potato salad.
