Prawn and smoked salmon kebabs

A wonderfully simple yet elegant finger food, which complements both Folláin Chargrilled Red Pepper Relish and Folláin Cucumber Pickle superbly.

Ingredients
- 6 strips of smoked salmon
- 6 large prawns (cooked and shelled)
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- To serve Folláin Cucumber Pickle or Folláin Fire Roasted Pepper Relish
Method
- Roll up the strips of smoked salmon.
- Thread onto skewers with prawns and lemon wedges.
- Serve with Folláin cucumber pickle or Folláin chargrilled red pepper relish and a potato salad.
