Ingredients

  • For the drink:
  • 1-2 tblp Folláin Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 150ml milk (any type you like)
  • 30ml strong brewed coffee or cold brew
  • Ice
  • For the Cold Foam:
  • 30ml chocolate sauce (any brand or homemade)
  • 20ml Folláin Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 120ml skimmed milk
  • Few Ice cube(s)

Method

  1. Prepare the iced coffee base:
    a. Add the salted caramel sauce to the bottom of the jar.
    b. Add ice, pour in milk, then coffee. Stir gently to blend.
  2. Make the cold foam:
    a. In a blender or frother, combine the chocolate, caramel sauce, skimmed milk, and an ice cube(s).
    b. Blend until thick and foamy (about 20–30 seconds).
  3. Top it off:
    a. Spoon or pour the cold foam on top of your iced coffee.
    b. Optional: drizzle with extra caramel.
