Simple Chia Pudding with Spoonfuls

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 250ml coconut or almond milk (use milk from a glass bottle)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (maybe purchase vanilla pod to include in the shoot if possible)
- 2 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls Strawberry, Blueberry, Cacao and Mixed Seed
- 2 tbsp Greek or coconut yoghurt
- Handful Fresh berries
Method
- Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and 1 tbsp Spoonfuls in a jar.
- Shake or stir thoroughly and let sit 10 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumps. Chill overnight.
- In the morning, layer with yoghurt and Spoonfuls, and top with berries.
