The Spoonfuls Acai Bowl
Here’s how to whip up this refreshing, antioxidant-rich, texture-packed breakfast (or snack, or lunch, or dessert — no judgement here!).

Ingredients
- 1 frozen açaí sachet or 100g frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 100ml oat milk (we used @flahavans oat milk)
- 1 tbsp Strawberry, Blueberry, Cacao + Seeds Spoonfuls
- 1 tbsp @glenilenfarm natural yoghurt (optional)
- Toppings
- Granola
- Fresh fruit (banana, kiwi, berries)
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Another spoonful of Spoonfuls (obviously!)
Method
- Blend your base ingredients until thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl.
- Top with fruit, granola, coconut flakes, and a dollop of Spoonfuls.
- Serve with coffee.
