Ingredients

  • 1 frozen açaí sachet or 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100ml oat milk (we used @flahavans oat milk)
  • 1 tbsp Strawberry, Blueberry, Cacao + Seeds Spoonfuls
  • 1 tbsp @glenilenfarm natural yoghurt (optional)
  • Toppings
  • Granola
  • Fresh fruit (banana, kiwi, berries)
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Another spoonful of Spoonfuls (obviously!)

Method

  1. Blend your base ingredients until thick and creamy. Pour into a bowl.
  2. Top with fruit, granola, coconut flakes, and a dollop of Spoonfuls.
  3. Serve with coffee.
