Ingredients
- 8 heaped tsp Folláin Irish Tomato Relish
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 50g (2 oz) freshly grated parmesan
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring now and then.
- Stir into hot, cooked pasta and sprinkle with extra grated parmesan and black pepper.
