Ingredients

  • 40g Juspy Collagen & Cacao Protein Blend
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g oats
  • 2 bananas
  • Splash of milk
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp bread soda
  • Nut butter

Method

  1. Blend eggs, oats, mashed bananas, milk, baking soda, bread soda, nut butter and Juspy’s protein mix.
  2. Fry in butter.
  3. Flip when bubbly.
  4. Top generously with our Blueberry, Cherry, Chia & Pumpkin Seeds Spoonfuls for a tangy-sweet hit of fruit and crunch.
