Spoonfuls French Toast
Golden, crisp and custardy — this French Toast with Spoonfuls, yoghurt and banana is a very good reason to linger over breakfast.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread (sourdough or brioche work well)
- 2 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter or oil, for frying
- 4 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls (any variant)
- 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- Handful chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
- Dip bread into the mixture, letting it soak for a few seconds on each side.
- Heat a little butter or oil in a pan. Cook the soaked bread slices until golden on both sides.
- Plate up and layer with a generous spoonful of Spoonfuls, a dollop of yoghurt, banana slices, and a sprinkle of chopped nuts if you like.
