The Nótaí Grá Jar 💗

Prep time: 20 minutes
Materials
- 6 clean, empty Folláin jars
- 1 can of red or pink matte spray paint
- Wide painter’s tape, scissors, and a pen
- Printable heart stencils (or draw your own!)
- Red, white, or pink paper
- Coloured pencils or markers
- Twine for tying your notes
Method
- Trace heart shapes onto the painter’s tape using your stencil, then cut them out.
- Stick the tape hearts onto the clean jars where you want your design to shine through.
- In a well-ventilated area, spray the jars evenly with matte paint and let them dry overnight.
- Once dry, peel off the tape to reveal your heart cut-outs.
