Cottage cheese & Spoonfuls on sourdough

Ingredients
- 1 slice of toasted sourdough (just regular sourdough from artisan bakery ideally - doesn’t need to be a particular brand)
- 100g cottage cheese (generic cottage cheese from bowl/jar)
- 1 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls
- Few sprigs fresh thyme or mint (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh fruit
- Garnish with cracked black pepper
Method
- Spread the cottage cheese generously over toasted sourdough.
- Spoon Spoonfuls on top in a soft ripple pattern.
- Garnish with sliced fresh fruit, herbs and a grind of pepper.
