Ingredients

  • 1 slice of toasted sourdough (just regular sourdough from artisan bakery ideally - doesn’t need to be a particular brand)
  • 100g cottage cheese (generic cottage cheese from bowl/jar)
  • 1 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls
  • Few sprigs fresh thyme or mint (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh fruit
  • Garnish with cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Spread the cottage cheese generously over toasted sourdough.
  2. Spoon Spoonfuls on top in a soft ripple pattern.
  3. Garnish with sliced fresh fruit, herbs and a grind of pepper.
