Ingredients

  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen mango cubes (defrosted if frozen)
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup coconut or Greek yoghurt (just use yoghurt from a bowl or jar, no brand please)
  • 2 tbsp of raw or toasted almonds
  • Small handful of raw or toasted almonds
  • Couple of Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Method

  1. Spoon the yoghurt into a wide, shallow bowl as your base.
  2. Arrange the banana, mango, and pineapple in sections around the bowl.
  3. Drizzle a generous amount, (Spoonful or two) of Folláin Spoonfuls over the fruit
  4. Sprinkle with almonds.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves for freshness and colour.
  6. Serve immediately
