Deconstructed Smoothie Bowl with Spoonfuls

½ banana, sliced½ cup fresh or frozen mango cubes (defrosted if frozen)½ cup pineapple chunks½ cup coconut or Greek yoghurt (just use yoghurt from a bowl or jar, no brand please)2 tbsp of raw or toasted almondsSmall handful of raw or toasted almondsCouple of Fresh mint leaves (optional)

- Spoon the yoghurt into a wide, shallow bowl as your base.
- Arrange the banana, mango, and pineapple in sections around the bowl.
- Drizzle a generous amount, (Spoonful or two) of Folláin Spoonfuls over the fruit
- Sprinkle with almonds.
- Garnish with mint leaves for freshness and colour.
- Serve immediately
