Overnight Oats / Bircher with Spoonfuls

1 cup rolled oats1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)½ cup yoghurt1 small grated apple2 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls Blueberry, Cherry, Chia and Pumpkin SeedOptional: pinch of cinnamon, handful of raisins

- Combine oats, milk, yoghurt, grated apple, and cinnamon in a jar.
- Stir in Spoonfuls and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with more Spoonfuls, crushed almonds, and fresh apple slices.
