Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 1 small grated apple
  • 2 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls Blueberry, Cherry, Chia and Pumpkin Seed
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon, handful of raisins

Method

  1. Combine oats, milk, yoghurt, grated apple, and cinnamon in a jar.
  2. Stir in Spoonfuls and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with more Spoonfuls, crushed almonds, and fresh apple slices.
