Panettone Bread Butter Pudding

Christmas Spiced Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 20g Unsalted butter
  • 350g Panettone
  • 200ml Double cream
  • 250ml Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2-3 Tbsp Christmas Spiced Marmalade
  • 50g Caster sugar
  • 50g Chocolate chips

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 170℃ fan/350F, 190℃/375 or Gas Mark 5.
  2. Butter the base of a baking dish with the butter.
  3. Chop the panettone into small cubes (about 3cm). Put into a buttered baking dish.
  4. Mix the cream, milk, eggs, Christmas Spiced Marmalade, and sugar together and pour over the panettone. Sprinkle over the chocolate chips.
  5. Allow it to soak in well for at least 30 minutes (or longer if you’re making this ahead of time).
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until the egg mixture is just set and the top is golden and crispy
