Raspberry Ripple Frozen Yoghurt

  • 500ml Low fat natural yoghurt (For Vegan option use Vegan oat/coconut or plant-based yogurts)
  • 3 tbsp Folláin ‘No Added Sugar’ Raspberry Jam


  1. Mix in Folláins nothing but fruit Raspberry Jam into yoghurt, swirling around but not making it pink.
  2. Pour into a suitable freezer container.
  3. Put in freezer.
  4. After 2 hours, remove from the freezer and mix with a larger spoon to break up ice crystals.
  5. Refreeze until hard ~ 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve with mixed fruit salad.
