Salad in a Jar
Our salad in a jar is as easy and gorgeous as it looks, served up in one of our empty jars, which makes it absolutely perfect to pop into the picnic basket
We layered our garden salad using fresh grated carrots, cucumber, tomato and leaves
We included a really simple vinaigrette at the base of the jar, so to serve, simply shake

Kimchi Relish

Ingredients
- Salad
- 2 Fresh grated carrots
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 4 Cherry tomatos
- 1/2 bag of mixed leaves
- Vinaigrette
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp light olive oil
Method
- Peel, Grate, Chop and combine to perfection...
- Put the mustard, vinegar and olive oil in a jar and season. Shake vigorously to mix. Store in a cool place (not the fridge) until ready to use. Vinaigrette will keep for a week.
