Salted Caramel Fudge
Deliciously rich, so easy to make, and totally gorgeous when tucked into an empty jam jar.

400g Condensed milk50g Butter1 jar of our Salted Caramel SauceOptional: crushed nuts, dried fruit, or a drizzle of caramel, or chopped dark chocolate chunks

- In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the butter, and condensed milk until smooth and glossy (it’ll look like liquid happiness)
- Stir in our Salted Caramel Sauce (and any optional extras of your choosing)
- Pour the mixture into a lined tin, spread evenly, and let it set in the fridge for about 2-3 hours.
- Cut into bite-sized squares, fill up an empty, sparkling-clean Folláin jam jar, and decorate with a ribbon or handwritten tag. Voilà—a heartfelt gift, sorted!
