Salted Caramel Fudge

Ingredients

  • 400g Condensed milk
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 jar of our Salted Caramel Sauce
  • Optional: crushed nuts, dried fruit, or a drizzle of caramel, or chopped dark chocolate chunks

Method

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the butter, and condensed milk until smooth and glossy (it’ll look like liquid happiness)
  2. Stir in our Salted Caramel Sauce (and any optional extras of your choosing)
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined tin, spread evenly, and let it set in the fridge for about 2-3 hours.
  4. Cut into bite-sized squares, fill up an empty, sparkling-clean Folláin jam jar, and decorate with a ribbon or handwritten tag. Voilà—a heartfelt gift, sorted!
