Simple Chia Pudding with Spoonfuls

4 tbsp chia seeds250ml coconut or almond milk (use milk from a glass bottle)1 tsp vanilla extract (maybe purchase vanilla pod to include in the shoot if possible)2 tbsp Folláin Spoonfuls Strawberry, Blueberry, Cacao and Mixed Seed2 tbsp Greek or coconut yoghurtHandful Fresh berries

- Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and 1 tbsp Spoonfuls in a jar.
- Shake or stir thoroughly and let sit 10 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumps. Chill overnight.
- In the morning, layer with yoghurt and Spoonfuls, and top with berries.
