Ingredients

  • 20–30g (1–1½ tbsp) Folláin Nothing But Fruit Mango & Passionfruit
  • 200ml cooled tea (use black, green, or fruit tea — brewed weak)
  • Few Ice cubes
  • Optional: lemon slices, mint sprigs for garnish

Method

  1. Brew the tea: Steep one teabag in 500ml of just-boiled water for 2–3 minutes. Remove the teabag and let it cool slightly. Add 500ml of cold water. (Tip: For a lighter flavour that doesn’t overpower the fruit, use a weak brew.)
  2. Prepare the empty Folláin glass or jar: Add Folláin Nothing But Fruit Mango & Passionfruit
  3. Pour in 200ml of the cooled tea and a handful of ice cubes.
  4. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously to combine — or stir well until the fruit spread is fully dissolved.
  5. Add more Folláin to taste, depending on your preferred level of sweetness.
  6. Add lemon slices or a sprig of mint if desired, and sip straight from the jar with a straw.
