1 cup Mixed nuts1/2 cup Oats1/2 cup Unsweetened dried fruit -1/2 Jar Nothing But Fruit Marmalade2 tbsp Nut butter1/4 cup Seeds1/4 tsp Sea salt1/2 tsp Cinnamon

- Roughly chop the mixed nuts, and lightly toast the oats in a dry pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Combine the nuts and oats.
- In a small saucepan, combine the marmalade and nut butter. Warm gently over low heat, stirring until smooth and well blended.
- Combine the chopped nuts, oats, dried fruit, seeds, sea salt, and cinnamon. Pour the warm marmalade mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly and smoothly.
- Chill to set, and cut into bar shapes when dough has firmed.
- Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
