Zest the orange and set the zest aside, then, cut the orange in half and juice it.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, milk, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, and ground ginger.
- Add half of the orange juice (save the rest for later). Stir well.
- Cook the porridge over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the mixture has thickened to your liking, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the porridge is cooked, turn off the heat and stir in the tablespoon of our No Peel Marmalade, and the honey/maple syrup (test for sweetness)

- Divide the porridge into bowls
- Top each bowl with a sprinkle of orange zest and the remaining orange juice for an extra zesty flavor.
