Gooseberry Jam
Gooseberry was made for jam, our jam at least! It longs for sugar for balance. Ours is cooked gently and allowed to turn ruby red colour in the pot.

Gooseberries , Sugar, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Prepared with 50g of Fruit per 100g & Total Sugar content 60g per 100g
